Doctor Professor Judi Mesman from the University of Leiden approached LAME to help design the report by Judi about people of colour in leadership positions. The collaboration sought to design a report that catered to a broad audience and visualised the topic in a way that could help bring an understanding to it's complex matters.

‍Our concept: Leadership positions represented as a board game, with ladders to climb and obstacles to overcome.
